join our customer's high-growth T-Fiber team as an Order Support Specialist focused on end-to-end order lifecycle visibility, partner onboarding, and quality assurance. Youll ensure order accuracy, support partner onboarding, and assist field teams with live and post-sale support needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily order flow across partners and reps; generate tracking and performance reports.
Track and analyze cancelation and churn metrics by partner and sales rep.
Provide open and canceled order reports to partners; assist with root-cause analysis.
Add or update notes in LotusFlare and ensure orders reflect accurate statuses.
Assist with onboarding of new sales partners and field reps, including tools setup and process training.
Provide live and follow-up support for door-to-door sales teams on order escalations, troubleshooting, and customer updates.
Participate in QA reviews to improve data integrity and streamline order processes.

experience in order tracking, quality assurance, or sales operationstelecom experience a plus.
Highly proficient in Excel for data reporting and manipulation.
Familiarity with order and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or LotusFlare.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment (1,000+ orders/week).
Strong verbal and written communication skills; onboarding or training experience is a plus.
