Job Description

A construction management client is looking to hire Construction Owner's Representative to lead and coordinate complex telecommunications construction projects within a live Network Data Center environment in Tacoma, WA. This role involves daily collaboration with client teams, vendors, general contractors, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. You will serve as the clients on-site representative, overseeing all aspects of construction, compliance, and commissioning for mission-critical infrastructure.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of construction management experience, with a strong background in mission-critical or data center environments.
- Proven expertise in telecom and electrical systems, including AC/DC power, emergency generators, and HVAC systems.
- Hands-on experience with commissioning of data center systems and managing Method of Procedure (MOP) processes.
- Ability to manage complex scopes of work, including building expansions, power systems, HVAC, and building automation systems (BAS/BMS).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and interfacing with local municipalities and inspectors.
