Role Summary
The AI/Automation Product Manager is a strategic and execution-focused leader responsible for shaping, delivering, and scaling AI and Automation-powered products across the enterprise. This role bridges business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring AI solutionsespecially those involving GenAIare aligned with enterprise goals, governed responsibly, and adopted effectively. You will work cross-functionally with data science, engineering, MLOps, and business stakeholders to drive AI innovation from ideation through production.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Help drive the AI Center of Excellence
Define and evolve the AI/Automation product roadmap in alignment with enterprise priorities and AI governance frameworks.
Translate business needs into scalable AI product opportunities, including GenAI use cases (e.g., summarization, conversational AI, automation).
Identify high-impact automation opportunities across business units, including GenAI use cases, RPA, and intelligent workflows.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with Data Science, MLOps, ITS, and business units to deliver AI and automation solutions that optimize operations, customer experience, and revenue.
Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity of goals and outcomes.
Execution & Delivery
Own the product lifecycle from intake to deployment, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release coordination.
Define and track OKRs and KPIs to measure product impact and adoption (cost savings, efficiency gains, and adoption metrics).
Governance & Risk Management
Ensure AI products comply with enterprise governance, ethical AI standards, and data privacy regulations.
Collaborate with legal, compliance, and security teams to assess and mitigate risks and ensure responsible AI deployment..
Enablement & Evangelism
Promote AI/automation literacy through demos, workshops, and internal enablement sessions.
Maintain product documentation, FAQs, and self-service resources to support scale and adoption.

5+ years in product management, preferably in AI/ML or data-driven environments.
Proven experience delivering AI or analytics products in a cross-functional setting.
Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, including GenAI applications.
Familiarity with MLOps, model governance, and cloud-based AI platforms.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in a Center of Excellence or enterprise transformation environment.
Background in data science, engineering, or analytics.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA).
