We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team and help us meet our FCC obligations by developing comprehensive documentation and processes. This role involves collaborating with the technical team to create policy and other documentation that will allow the team to focus on Zscaler FCC-58 compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security, technical writing, and process documentation. They will work closely with the team to provide clear operational guidance, improve onboarding and cross-training, and lay the foundation for future automation and audits with up-to-date documentation. This role requires proficiency in using MSFT, Confluence, and SharePoint for documentation.

Strong experience in process and documentation development, particularly in security and compliance.
Experience in technical writing, especially for process documents, audits, and PCI documentation.
Background in cybersecurity is a plus.
Ability to partner with technical teams to gather and document information.
Proficiency in using MSFT, Confluence, and SharePoint for documentation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Bachelors degree in a related field such as Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or Engineering.
Familiarity with Zscaler and FCC compliance.
