Job Description

Our client, a multinational technology conglomerate, is looking to a Construction Site Contracts Managers to their data center construction team. With PM assistance, these individuals will be responsible for preparing contract strategy documents including, but not limited to RFP, RFI, RFQ, and SOW. They will manage the RFP process, handle the processing of change orders, RFIs and submittals and assist with the implementation of new contract process controls.

Required Skills & Experience

- (5 -7) years of experience in procurement (RFP, RFQ, SOW) and contract administration
-Construction experience, preferably data center construction
-Experience in planning, leading and structuring negotiations with both internal and external customers and suppliers to optimize value
-Proficiency and experience with various procurement methodologies and sourcing techniques
- High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
- 5 -7 years' experience required.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Operations and project management experience is a plus
