The pharmacist will be responsible for verifying medication orders and ensuring the accurate preparation and dispensing of primarily IV drugs. They will review each patients medication regimen as well as relevant lab results to ensure safe and effective therapy. While patient interaction is limited, the pharmacist will work closely with two pharmacy technicians and operate under the supervision of a lead pharmacist. Importantly, the pharmacist will never work a shift alone, ensuring continuous support and collaboration within the team.
