Job Description

Day-to-Day
- Provide personal care to residents and assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, etc.
- Medication passing and reminders
- Assist with mobility and transport
- Report on changes and document any incidents/updates
- Provide emotional support and empathetic care to promote well-being

Required Skills & Experience

- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) certification
- Prior working experience caring for individuals in an assisted living, skilled nursing, or similar environment
- Great communication
