- Manage the procurement cycle, including sourcing, negotiation, purchasing, and delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other procurement-related data in the companys database.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products and services.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of requested items.
- Review and process purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to supply chain management.
- Prepare and maintain reports on procurement activities and supplier performance metrics.
- Assist in budget preparation and track expenses to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and new products.
