Job Description

This large local utility client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. You will be on a team that supports 100+ IT applications that are highly visible across the organization. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. You will develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Regular tasks will involve conducting risk assessments, managing project resources, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. Experience leading an RFP will help you be successful in this role and any knowledge of environmental compliance software is a huge plus.

Required Skills & Experience

· Strong project management experience including:
o Lead overall project planning, execution, and delivery
o Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
o Develop and maintain project charter
o Establish project governance structure
o Manage stakeholder expectations and communications
· Experience managing an RFP of from end to end and implementing the solution
· Budgeting and planning software knowledge
· Strong communications skills and stakeholder management
Knowledge of Environmental Compliance Software or like technologies
