Job Description

We’re seeking a results-driven Creative Vendor Program Manager to lead the evolution of our creative vendor ecosystem across a client's Marketing. This role is pivotal in scaling and optimizing vendor relationships, ensuring creative excellence, and building systems that connect the dots between marketers and trusted creative partners.
What You’ll Do:
• Drive Phase 2 milestones of our Creative Vendor Program—track progress, manage accountability, and escalate resourcing needs across marketing initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, Tooling, Marketing Security, and all marketing teams to maintain smooth vendor operations.
• Refine our vendor base: evaluate 100 onboarded creative vendors, consolidate into a core group aligned with company quality, compliance, quality and marketing goals.
• Build and operationalize vendor tracking systems—reporting, scorecard feedback loops, and quality auditing processes.
• Oversee sustainment efforts and implement long-term strategies to optimize the creative vendor program.
• Serve as the integrator between marketers and vendors—centralizing communication, improving onboarding, and identifying process gaps.
• Help in rolling out and manage the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system as the central source of truth for marketers and vendors.
• Introduce tools and standards (e.g., creative briefs) to reduce administrative friction and elevate collaboration across the board.
