A client is seeking Field Service Representatives for both CONUS and OCONUS support. The FSR will partner along the Technical Trainer to support the warfighter in learning to use a newly fielded ground-based missile defense system. These FSRs serve as onsite, first line of support for the hardware and embedded software troubleshooting and maintenance needs. Seeking someone who was formerly trained for operator and/or maintainer proficiencies in support of DoD hardware. This person will be trained at the customer facility. After training period, FSRs will be expected to provide operator maintenance and over-the-shoulder training of the system. FSRs will be required to provide hands on support for the systems at locations throughout the United States and locations globally and will be operating from US military bases.

5+ years of hardware maintenance and wiring diagram tracing
Fault isolation troubleshooting experience.
Experience completing maintenance logs, spares inventory and control of items, and tools under custody
Active Secret Clearance
