In this position, you will be working alongside a Field Manager as a Lead Account Development Executive to help in the strategic direction and growth of a sales team. You will be required to help guide and mentor other team members with their sales strategy, move the needle with new territory to help grow clientele, foster relationships with existing customers, and on occasion work in the field to help drive business growth. · 1-3+ years of experience in sales and CRM experience
· Experience following KPIs/metrics to hit sales quotas for an organization
· Exceptional customer service and communication skills
