Job Description

We are seeking a Program Manager to support this companies Speaker Program, which involves coordinating subject matter experts (SMEs) and product leaders across company to deliver impactful engagements with external executives.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of relevant experience
Experience in executive briefing programs, speaker programs, or executive engagement.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable interfacing with stakeholders at all levels, including VPs and Directors.
Able to coach speakers and flag content gaps or misalignments.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Background in internal communications, public relations, or executive comms
Previous experience at large tech companies
