Job Description
We’re hiring this individual to assist a client's Art Director in elevating the creative output of their marketing agency through strong design execution and fresh visual ideas. Their role will support the development of compelling content across digital and print platforms, ensuring consistency with brand standards while meeting client objectives. With a solid foundation in design tools, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively, this person will help streamline creative workflows and contribute meaningfully to the agency’s visual storytelling.

Required Skills & Experience
College degree in Creative Fields or Marketing OR 3 years of professional graphic design experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and Canva
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Proactive and open to feedback and new challenges
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Basic video editing and web design
Experience in a marketing or creative agency
HTML/CSS
