Datacenter knowledge
Racking equipment, cabling both copper and fiber ethernet
Have a basic understanding of networks and the principles behind it
Experience implementing technology.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Strong computer skills especially with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong/proactive work ethics
Strong Oral and written communication skills
Experience understanding and communicating technical information to non-experts.
