-2-3 years experience sourcing candidates for technical roles (specifically hardware) in a high hiring-bar environment
-Ability to successfully manage a requisition load of 7-15 diverse requirements
-Experience supporting and filling reqs with high volume headcount needs (20+ openings under the same title)
-Passive sourcing experience; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
-Strong communication and influencing skills
