An employer is looking for a local Scrum Master to work PST hours. This person will be overseeing at least two teams for long running projects. They will manage the teams who are working on a long standing project. They will run scrum ceremonies of two teams consisting of at least eight people each. They will work closely with the PMs on the teams, coordinate releases and work with the different teams and PMO. They will work closely with the Sr. Scrum Master on documenting and collaborating on what the Agile scene looks like at this company. They will participate in weekly scrum of scrum meetings, discuss difficulties in regard to roadblocks and what they are seeing on their teams, and contribute to discussion on what should be changing to push along the agile journey.
