Job Description

Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Test Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining optical and laser systems used in various applications such as telecommunications, medical devices, or industrial equipment.

Required Skills & Experience

Proficiency in using various test equipment
Integrity as a core value
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise procedures
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
Visual acuity to work with small components and read detailed measurements
Manual dexterity for handling delicate optical components

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working with optical and laser systems
Experience with fiber optic systems
Familiarity with quality control processes and standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
Knowledge of data analysis software and basic programming skills
