Responsible for all employee relations activities to include counseling and coaching.
Identifies trends issues and recommends course of action
Manages investigations as needed.
Processes documents and forms necessary for the implementation of various human resources policies, programs, plans, procedures, and practices.
Maintains all necessary records and files to support review and audit.
Provide orientation, advice and ongoing information on human resources policies and procedures following up to include documentation.
Assists with compiling, updating, verifying, generating and distributing department reports on personnel-related issues.
Maintain human resource data bases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.
Travel frequently to geographic assignment.
Uphold safe work practices in support of a safety culture through awareness and observation; train and educate employees of safety requirements; reports any potential hazards or accidents.
