Job Description

Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners. Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses. Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations. Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships. Provides general office support. Serves as the department/group contact. Completes special projects as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to be responsible for the relationships between Microsoft and their delivery partners who provide customer support.
Key projects:
Proactively manage complex calendars with strong attention to accuracy, timeliness, conflict resolution, and alignment to the managers priorities and commitments.
Anticipate needs: make administrative decisions and requests for information on behalf of the managers based on business groups priorities.
Plan & coordinate end-to-end complex domestic and international travel plans including all logistics, expense reconciliation and submission.
Schedule and assist with leadership rhythm of the business (ROB) including staff meetings, events and offsites, meeting logistics, and material preparation.
Strong collaboration and partnership with key stakeholders including, but not limited to: HR, Finance, Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs (CELA), and the leadership team members, especially Business Managers.
Provide team support for hiring and onboarding, generating purchase orders and special projects and additional duties as requested.
Track yearly Budget and headcount as needed working with Business Managers.
Build and maintain good business relationships with executive level and counterpart administrative staff both internally and externally.
Contribute to and participate in admin and business meetings to manage the needs of the overall organization.
Serves as team contact and resource for meeting logistical needs.
