Sustaining / In Market TPM A Sustaining Technical Program Manager (TPM) is responsible for overseeing the ongoing maintenance, support, and improvement of existing products or systems. This role involves managing the lifecycle of a product from launch to end-of-life, ensuring that it continues to meet customer needs and business objectives. Key responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing sustaining projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets and resources, and driving process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. The Sustaining TPM also collaborates with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for product updates, bug fixes, and security patches, while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth. Lastly, the Sustaining TPM organizes, prioritizes, and executes PRQ efforts.

- 5-10 years of experience within sustainability/operations program management within consumer electronics
- Experience working with oversea vendors
- Strong experience managing project timelines and delegating product requirements
