Job Description

Conduct hands-on environmental stress screening (thermal, vibration, and pressure) on flight hardware according to company procedures.
Assist with the installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of vibration tables, thermal chambers, pressure systems, and DAQ equipment including PTs, TCs, voltage, and current mass flow meters.
Coordinate with test engineers and engage with management on daily test activities.
Maintain cleanliness and perform maintenance on machines, equipment, and work areas according to 5S standards and maintenance programs.
Set up and operate fast-paced systems safely.
Manage multiple test projects concurrently while supporting operational schedules.
Configure test setups, fixtures, and instrumentation according to test plans and standards.
Identify, communicate, and mitigate cost, schedule, and technical risks.

Required Skills & Experience

2-4+ years of environmental test experience or competence in Vibration, Shock, or Specification Performance.
High school diploma or GED equivalent with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding organizational skills, including work prioritization, scheduling, and providing succinct status reports.
Ability to self-start, find clarity in ambiguous situations, earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
Knowledge and experience in manufacturing and test processes and procedures.
Familiarity with data acquisition systems, data analysis, and data processing.
Experience with drawings, shop orders, and detailed work instructions.
Experience with electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic test equipment.
Proficiency with software systems, databases, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical ability to climb ladders and stairs and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. for limited durations.
