A Data Center/Cable Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network and data center infrastructure. This role involves tasks such as cabling IT racks to various network points, including MORs, GPUs, and IBs, both pre and post dock. Technicians also handle the rack and stack of network gear and ensuring all connections are secure and functional. They play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of data center operations, ensuring that all equipment is properly connected and operational. This position requires attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to support the overall functionality of the data center.
