Accounts Payable Specialist

Insight Global is looking for an Accounts Payable specialist to join one of the world's largest HVAC clients in Bellevue, WA. The day-to-day experience includes managing vendor invoices, paying utilities, and price checking. This individual will manage AP invoices for up to twenty-five locations in the Pacific North West region. The AP Specialist will be expected to handle 75-100 invoices daily, and will operate through the P21 ERP system. This associate will report to the AP Manager and will work alongside a team 6 other AP specialists. This will be a 6-month contract-to-hire position, and will be fully onsite with the opportunity of a hybrid schedule after 6 months.

GED or equivalent
2+ years of AP experince
1+ years of AP experience in Manufacturing industry
Experience handling vendor invoices, paying utilities, and price checking.
Experience with AP ERP systems (i.e. P21)
Ability to process 75+ vendor invoices daily
Ability to handle high volume workloads

Bachelors Degree
Accounts Payable Certifications ( CAPP, IFOL, CAPS, CAPM, etc)
