We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Program Manager to support an enterprise cloud computing customer Events Platform team in developing and maintaining security compliance, enablement resources, and operational excellence. This role will focus on documentation, training development, security reviews, and compliance management across multiple event platforms.
Success in this role will be measured by:
* Reduction in support tickets through improved enablement (ex: is this breakout feature security approved , how do I set up new sessions for my event)
* Completion of security review deliverables (they do annual security reviews,
* Timely processing of compliance requests
* Quality and comprehensiveness of documentation
* Successful implementation of training programs
* User adoption of new resources and templates
This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
