Job Description

The role involves providing scheduling assistance for the Leadership Team and managing meeting agendas, notes, and other related tasks for various team meetings, including All Team and Regional Center Council meetings. Event support is also a key responsibility, assisting with the organization and execution of events such as the annual team meeting, interim team meetings, and the SECURE Center conference. Additionally, the role includes maintaining key organizational documents like the org chart, team roster, and listings of teams and team meetings, as well as facilitating the onboarding process for new team members.

The role also involves assisting with web content management and creating and maintaining internal SECURE Team listservs using UW mailman listservs. Providing support for the Research Community database and general CMO support (communications, marketing, and outreach) are also part of the job. Financial support includes helping the Grant Manager with special projects and tracking expenses related to events. Social media support involves drafting content and managing posts and responses via Sprout Social. Lastly, the role includes supporting data entry, quality assurance, and maintenance tasks in Monday.com and other databases.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional setting supporting executives.
Over 5 years of experience in calendar management.
Proficiency in using Google Suite tools.
Experience with Monday.com and other database support platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
