An employer is looking for a digital marketing manager in the Dallas, TX and Bothell, WA area.
Key Responsibilities
Page Strategy Development:
Develop and implement individual page strategies for 20+ key pages, ensuring alignment with overall engagement goals.
Prioritize pages based on customer impact, traffic, and business objectives.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of each page strategy, making adjustments as needed.
Customer Journey Analysis:
Continuously gather and analyze feedback from customers regarding their journey on the site.
Utilize data analytics tools to track customer behavior, identify pain points, and highlight areas for improvement.
Create detailed reports on customer journey findings and present them to relevant stakeholders.
Optimization and Testing:
Develop and propose innovative ideas to test ways to optimize pages and improve the customer journey.
Design and execute A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experimentation methodologies to validate hypotheses.
Analyze test results to derive actionable insights and implement winning variations.
Collaboration and Partnership:
Establish strong working relationships with SEO, Conversion, CTX, Product Management, Research, and additional relevant teams.
Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and execution plans.
Content and SEO Management:
Work with content creators to develop high-quality, engaging, and relevant content that aligns with customer needs and business objectives.
Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure page content is optimized for search engines, improving visibility and organic traffic.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Use key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Click thru Rate, Bounce Rate, Exit Rate, scroll depth, etc. to measure the success of page strategies and optimizations.
Create and maintain dashboards to track and report on performance metrics regularly.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data to drive continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate progress, challenges, and results to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Ensure transparency in the decision-making process and maintain open lines of communication across teams.

Proven experience in digital merchandising, ecommerce, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analytics tools like Adobe Analytics.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Familiarity with SEO, A/B testing, and content management best practices.
