Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Take responsibility for the overall effectiveness of the team, by ensuring everyone understands Scrum and can apply it knowledgeably
Foster a team culture of psychological safety, collaboration, open communication and commitment to results
Guide the teams use of helpful metrics for insights on delivery effectiveness and continuous improvement
Maximize the value of all Scrum events
Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure the Product Backlog consists of well ordered, well understood and right-sized work items

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of work experience in the Scrum Master role
Fluency in The Scrum Guide
Scrum Master certification from a recognized agency (Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, etc.), with an advanced certification (A-CSM, PSM-II) strongly preferred
Demonstrated skill in facilitating team collaboration and communication
Experience launching and guiding newly-formed Scrum teams
Knowledge of Lean, Kanban and flow metrics applied to optimizing software delivery
Personal commitment to continuous learning
Willingness to be mentored by a senior Insight Global coach

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience coaching multiple teams, and working in multiple organizations
Previous involvement in agile transformation programs
Prior relevant work experience in software or technology
