Job Description

An employer is looking for a Change Management Consultant. The Performance Excellence team is looking for someone to act as an OCM Consultant to strategic, operational, and continuous improvement projects and initiatives which require significant changes for employees in order to be effective. This Consultant is also a strategic, trusted advisor to internal departments and leaders in order to help grow change management capability across the organization and support business strategy. The Consultant also helps support more junior change practitioners through onboarding, training and mentoring. Finally, they own goals and objectives related to the growth of the Change Management Office overall.
- This project will be replacing the existing enterprise data warehouse analytics with a cloud-based data lake. It is around a 22 month effort that begins in May.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience successfully leading multi-disciplined projects + initiatives
3+ years of experience working on data/technology transformation projects
Demonstrated experience with data migration projects and understanding of data lifecycle
Knowledge of data governance principles and frameworks
Experience with analytics platforms and data visualization tools
Assess organizational readiness and develop mitigation strategies for resistance
Expertise utilizing high-involvement process improvement or change management techniques + tools
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to quickly build trust and value-based relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
Strong coaching and influencing skills
Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as a part of a team to drive results.
Change management certification (PROSCI, CCMP, or equivalent)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Certification in both structured and informal process improvement or change management methodologies
Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their business applications
Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
