Job Description

The CLP Product Manager role involves supporting agile software delivery activities and providing day-to-day operational support. As an individual contributor, this role exercises considerable judgment to help define and deliver on integration strategies and solutions. The CLP Product Manager will collaborate with Engineering, Technical Program Managers, and other Product Managers to execute a product roadmap supporting strategic business goals.

Required Skills & Experience

4 years of experience in product management, program management, or product ownership.
Bachelors degree with a focus in a related discipline, i.e. computer science, information systems, business or an additional two years of training/experience in lieu of this degree.
Proficiency with product management methodologies (including user research and product discovery).
Proficiency with software development methodology, including AGILE methods.
Demonstrated knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with diverse audiences, including both technical and non-technical customers, colleagues, and executives.
Ability to facilitate user group meetings with stakeholders and drive the agenda for a common solution.
Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of management cross-divisionally.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with increased complexity.
Demonstrated ability to manage conflict.
