A large online retailer is seeking a Site Merchandiser with an expertise in product curation for a newly launched low price store. The successful candidate is equally comfortable in spreadsheets and staying up-to-date on social media trends, and can synthesize both from a variety of sources. They are able to maintain close attention to detail, while demonstrating high judgement in a fast-paced environment that requires a strong sense of ownership, flexibility, and a learners mind-set. This team works cross functionally across creative, UX, and seller experience technical teams. This role will support site merchandising. You will query basic product data and use Excel to analyze this data, gaining insights into inventory health and other key attributes for curation. By synthesizing historic, trending, and seasonal data, along with customer signals and social trends, you will inform relevant product curation across various categories, themes, and seasons. You will support curation needs with varying requirements across onsite and social channels, collaborating with the creative team to enhance product curation for marketing assets. Additionally, you will be the subject matter expert on current social trends in fashion, home, and lifestyle.

1-4 years marketing, merchandizing, styling, or curation experience
Ability to use excel to analyze large sets of product data
Understanding of current and social-driven trends across multiple categories (TikTok, fashion, home, lifestyle)
Curation experience
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
