Job Description

Lead and manage a portfolio of high-priority strategic initiatives and programs.
Drive business growth, innovation, and execution of F5s highest priorities.
Mentor and lead a team of high-performing program managers.
Collaborate with senior leadership to navigate complex, high-stakes environments.
Provide strategic guidance, build alignment, and drive transformative initiatives.
Work cross-functionally in matrixed organizations to achieve program success.
Influence stakeholders at all levels and foster collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience

Extensive experience in managing an enterprise's portfolio of high-priority initiatives.
Proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Exceptional executive presence and ability to navigate complex environments.
Background in consulting or advisory roles is highly preferred.
High emotional intelligence and strong critical-thinking skills.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally in matrixed organizations.
Expertise in providing strategic guidance and driving transformative initiatives.
Ability to influence stakeholders and empower teams to achieve success.
