A supply chain group within PSE is seeking an experienced business analyst to support their Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Sustainability project. This individual will collaborate with the business team to define the requirements for SIO Dashboards, provide support for supplier communication by tracking and cataloging registrations in SIO, and analyze supplier data by exporting it from SIO for coding into SAP. They will review and synthesize meaningful data for company use in sustainability dashboards and evaluations within SIO as well as update and publish documentation for the company website and other internal and external communications.

· 2+ years enterprise level experience as a business analyst or business systems analyst
· Past experience translating business requirements into dashboard enablement through data analysis
Proven track record of working cross functionally across business and IT groups
· Experience in sustainability initiatives or within a DEI & S project
· Utility background
