Our client is seeking a Project Assistant to support their Street Light Maintenance Program. The role is a combination of data entry and problem solving. The primary responsibility would be processing customer reported street light outages and entering them into SAP. This requires using a GIS system to locate the light, customer service skills to interact with customers and get more information if needed, attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry, and the ability to take direction from team members.
