Insight Global is hiring a QA tester specialized in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Order Management System for our Digital Services client. You will be working with their top end client located in Redmond, Washington who is implementing Salesforce Commerce Cloud. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, completing automation and manual testing during their SFCC integration, documenting processes, troubleshooting of issues, and assisting with post-go-live implementation support. This is a hybrid role requiring 3-4 days onsite at their end client in Redmond, Washington.

- 5+ years of Manual and Automation testing of Salesforce
- Experience testing Salesforce Commerce Cloud and/or Salesforce Order Management System
- Experience working with leading ERP platforms (Oracle preferred)
- Experience using Selenium and/or MABL to setup QA frameworks, script development, and testing
- Experience completing Smoke, functional, manual, automation, regression and integration testing
- Experience utilizing GIT for version control and Jenkins for CI/CD processes
- Experience writing test cases, executing test cases, tracking defects, and preparing testing strategy and plans with Jira and/or Test Rail
- Strong communication and professionalism, ability to present to clients
- Experience preparing and publishing reports to stakeholders post-test execution cycles
- Experience utilizing TOSCA or PROVAR for framework setups, script development, and testing
- Certifications for QA Testing or Salesforce
- Min 5+ Experience in QA frameworks setup, scripts development and testing using TOSCA, PROVAR
- Certification on Testing/Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred
- Knowledge of ecommerce B2C business flows, testing SaaS B2C ecommerce applications
