A Fortune 500 company is looking for a ServiceNow Analyst - Service Mapping/ITOM to join the organization and work with teams across the globe. They will recommend best practices to create and manage service mappings. This individual will need the expertise to create and maintain service mapping-related documentation and maintain the integrity of the service mapping process.

5+ years of experience with ServiceNow.
Proficiency with ServiceNow service mappings, incident routing and taxonomy
Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other modules, such as IT Service Management (ITSM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
Create and maintain service mapping health reports and dashboards
Experience working with global teams.
