This job contributes to Company's success by ensuring the highest level of account support for order management.
This role has responsibility for delivering the customer service experience with the customer, serving as a designated point of contact for supply chain reliability. They are responsible for excellent customer satisfaction and supply chain compliance through effective order management, proactive communication and problem solving, logistics, execution and collaboration with Partners in Supply and Channel Business Development.
Efficiently and accurately writes and tracks orders in ORACLE RMS and other 3rd party systems
Builds cross functional partnerships between stores, transportation, and planning to ensure seamless communication
Strategically prioritizes highly complex and time sensitive initiatives and identifies process improvement opportunities
Responsible for ensuring Company Operated and Licensed store orders are fulfilled within the proper lead time, while analyzing and managing error reports, pricing discrepancies, and outdated items
Works closely with IT team to implement error improvements
Oversees all 3PL orders for Western Canada, Central Canada, Eastern Canada, New York Metro, Northeast, Southeast, South Central, and Florida regions
Handles RMAs, credits and invoices, item reallocation, bulk orders, and BOL requests
Works closely with the planning team to track inbound purchase

Intermediate knowledge Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel) is required
3+ years of experience with Oracle/SAP
Experience navigating Smartsheet and Sharepoint
Working knowledge of the supply chain and knowledge of Customer Service policies, procedures and programs
Industry expertise within CPG and/or Foodservice and/or License Stores
Progressive experience in Supply Chain Operations
