Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cloud Support Engineer to join our team. This role is critical for providing Tier 1 support for incident and support ticketing, and for managing disaster recovery documentation and processes. The ideal candidate will ensure the integrity, security, and performance of our Azure environments by managing incidents and maintaining disaster recovery protocols.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of experience in T1 Support for applications in Azure cloud.

- Proven experience in Azure environment support, particularly in incident management and disaster recovery.

- Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) and experience managing support ticketing systems.

- Proficiency in creating and maintaining disaster recovery documentation.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate issues appropriately.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
