Job Description

An employer is looking for an Inventory Planner to sit in Everett, WA. This person will be working on their feet or at a desk to support inventory coming into the warehouse. This person needs to be comfortable working at a desk 80% of the time tracking SKUs and POs. The ideal candidate will be open to both shifts but open to consider candidates who are only available for one or the other.

Responsibilities:
Assist in data accuracy so all tools and processes function as expected.
Manage inbound shipments: po tracking & maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, vendor communications. Analyze inventory position and sku performance to determine inventory needs.
Execute on a variety of purchase order, in-stock, and vendor related systems and reports.

Required Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of relevant experience either in inventory, supply chain or warehouse work
They must be highly organized, self-starting, and comfortable with business software, such as Excel.
The successful candidate must be flexible, possess good written and oral communication skills, be team-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines while working on several projects simultaneously.
Flexibility to work on call as needed

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Warehouse or inventory experience
Experience with an ERP system, ideally SAP
