Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Lead to manage a team of 9 cloud support engineers operating on three shifts to provide comprehensive Tier 1 tooling support and disaster recovery management. This role is essential for ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and support of our Azure environments, focusing on incident management, documentation updates, and disaster recovery processes.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in Azure environment support, particularly in incident management and disaster recovery.
Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) and experience managing support ticketing systems.
Proficiency in creating and maintaining disaster recovery documentation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead and manage incidents effectively.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience managing teams and complex projects.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Certification in Microsoft Azure or related fields.
Experience in automated patch management systems and open source package management.
