We are seeking a Non Technical Program Manager to join one of our largest gaming clients team. This role will be the face of a large gaming organization in partner meetings, managing relationships, and enabling Go-To-Market (GTM) and Cloud programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Partner Management:
· Represent the client in partner meetings, fostering strong relationships with our biggest partners.
Relationship Management:
· Maintain and nurture relationships with partners, educating them on how best to work together.
Go-To-Market (GTM) Programs:
· Enable and manage GTM programs to ensure successful product launches and partner collaborations.
Internal Coordination:
· Coordinate with internal teams to align on strategy and execution.
Funnel Analysis and Improvement:
· Analyze and improve the cloud gaming funnel to increase conversion rates. Identify opportunities for improvement and push for changes with engineering teams.
Process Streamlining:
· Work on creating streamlined processes with an automation mindset.

- 5-7+ years experience in a program/partner management role in a big tech company
- 5+ years experience supporting high level relationships and stakeholder relationship management
- 5+ years experience with strategy management and optimization
- Bachelors Degree in a related field
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as PowerBI and Excel
- Previous gaming experience or passion for the gaming industry
- Team management experience
- Analytical thinking ability
