The specialist collaborates intimately with stakeholders to pinpoint IT needs and discover optimal solutions that satisfy quality, cost, and delivery benchmarks.

* Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or business with 5+ years in IT procurement, or equivalent experience and certifications
* Comprehensive knowledge of IT and business disciplines, systems, applications, and networks
* Adherence to IT procurement laws, regulations, and ethics
* Experience negotiating, drafting, and executing contracts
* Experience with various software solutions and IT procurement tools
* Capacity to align business needs with service quality
* Strong administrative, detail-oriented, and communication skills
Procurement, project management, supply chain, or IT specific certifications
