Job Description

This staff accountant will be working within POSaBITs finance team alongside the director of finance, CFO, and financial controller. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in our finance team, contributing to the accurate management of financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently will be essential for success in this position. As staff accountant you will responsible for general ledger management, accounts receivable and payable, Excel analysis and month end close etc.

Required Skills & Experience

* Previous enterprise level billing experience

* Manage multiple general ledgers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

* Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

* Previous billing experience

* Utilize Excel for data analysis, including working with large data sets, V-Lookups, and X-Lookups.

* Prepare and analyze cash flow reports.

* Assist with month-end closing procedures.

* Collaborate with other team members to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
