1. Project Management: Manage the end-to-end implementation of Dayforce, including planning, coordination, and execution of all project activities.
2. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and gather requirements for the Dayforce implementation.
3. System Configuration: Configure Dayforce according to the gathered requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
4. Data Migration: Coordinate the migration of HR data from existing systems to Dayforce, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
5. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the system functions correctly and meets user requirements.
6. Training and Support: Provide training to end-users on Dayforce functionality and support them during the transition to the new system.
7. Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of Dayforce across the organization.
8. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT, HR, and Finance, to ensure integration and alignment of Dayforce with other systems and processes.
9. Vendor Management: Work closely with the Dayforce vendor to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of the implementation.

1. Experience: Strong experience in leading HRIS implementations, specifically with Dayforce or other similar HRIS platforms.
2. Project Management Skills: Proven track record in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects.
3. HRIS Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HRIS systems and processes, including HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Talent Management.
4. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Dayforce configuration, data migration, and system integration.
5. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into system configurations and processes.
6. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
7. Change Management Experience: Experience in change management methodologies and strategies to drive user adoption and minimize resistance.
8. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues during the implementation process.
