Job Description

A company is the Overland Park, KS area is looking for an experienced Technical Full Life Cycle Recruiter. Implement proactive sourcing strategies by understanding the trends and gaps in crucial talent pools. Use market intelligence to target passive candidates through internet sourcing, resume mining, targeting special interest groups, competitive intelligence, key industries, and companies. Use professional network to gain industry information on current talent landscape

Source, screen, interview and recommend candidates for open positions, including executive level. Aligning with organization policy and government regulatory guidelines

Develop proactive, traditional, and out of the box, national sourcing strategies that establish relationships with a diverse pool of candidates and results in quality hires

Work with executives and managers in functional business areas, communicating candidates that meet job requirements. Relationship management to include advisement, mentoring, influencing, and training related to staffing

Extensive latitude for independent judgment. Work without supervision on highly sophisticated projects. Assist and mentor less experienced peers. Lead internal process and improvement efforts including driving communication and best practice sharing

Supports team initiatives and creates an inclusive environment

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of corporate full-cycle recruitment experience

Business, Human Resources or related field

Validated skills in client relationship building, critical thinking, and verbal/written communications. Ability to present, train, influence, and mediate discussions

Must have experience working with an Applicant Tracking System

Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

World-Class service orientation; takes action quickly; high-level of integrity

Ability to thrive under pressure and flexible in adapting and responding to changing situations

Work independently, but a great teammate; Results-focused; solutions oriented; outstanding organizational skills and able to meet goals

Expertise in sophisticated networking, candidate generation, and Internet sourcing methodologies

Critical thinking and innovative sourcing channel experience. Experience connecting with Sr. Business Leaders. Leads the staffing process for complex hiring profiles, highly influential with clients. Understand and participates in client/business growth strategies and overall goal setting/people strategies

Ability to analyze and plan for long terms talent implications within the market/industry
