Job Description
As part of the RPA Center of Excellence team, you will work on high-impact and high-visibility projects, helping to shape not only current business, but its long-term strategy towards a digital transformation. The CoE is a unique team within the Information Technology Department, focusing on solving our clients critical resource challenges using RPA and ML. The CoE works on a wide variety of projects; from helping clients get started on their automation journey to implementing and scaling full grown automations. Your specific duties will be based upon your experience as an RPA developer / designer. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, designing, and delivering RPA solutions in accordance with standards and best practices. You will work closely together with our enthusiastic team of both business and technical specialists. Required Skills & Experience
5+ Years of Experience
UiPath Developer Certification
Experience with UiPath or other commercial automation tools;
Experience in areas related to process automation
Software development skills utilizing VB or C# along with .NET framework, .NET Core, .NET Standard or other languages including VBA
Automation techniques using macros and/or workflow-based software
At least one year of hands-on experience with at least one of the following programming languages (e.g. .NET, Java, VB, C#/C, HTML/CSS, Python, Web Services, mainframe, web applications, SQL, data integration tools, technical automation tools)
Demonstrates thorough skills and/or proven success in a role participating in projects including the following:
Strong organization and self-management skills, willing to take initiative and follow through
Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
Have mastered one or more of the leading RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism or Blue Prism Cloud), including advanced RPA vendor certification for developer/designer
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Any prior work or academic experience with Document management and processing tools (e.g. Kofax, ABBYY, Data Cap), Technical automation tools (e.g. shell scripting, PHP), or Business process management tools (e.g. Pega)
