An employer is looking for an IT Lab Support Technician in the Greater Seattle area. This person will provide hands-on technical support, responding to Tier 3 requests and issues accurately and promptly. This person will help triage lab equipment, printers and possibly instruments, as requested. As this is an onsite position, they are expected to be onsite 5 days a week, at a minimum of 4 hours a day. This person will be required to do the imaging and setting up new computers for supporting manufacturing and lab instruments, and may include set up, support upgrades/updates and installation of lab equipment, printers, and lab software support.
* Strong understanding of GXP policies and guidelines
* Familiarity with Infrastructure, Messaging, Security, and Mobility platforms
