Job Description

Our client is seeking a skilled Electrician Tech to join their dynamic team. As an Electrician Tech, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems for our cutting-edge projects. Your responsibilities will include interpreting electrical blueprints, troubleshooting electrical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.



Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with project specifications.

2. Interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams to determine wiring layouts.

3. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems, implementing effective solutions.

4. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of electrical tasks.

5. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.

6. Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functionality.

7. Collaborate with other trades and departments to achieve project goals.

8. Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on tasks.

9. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and safety standards.

10. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.

Required Skills & Experience

1. High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a recognized electrical apprenticeship program preferred.

2. Proven experience as an Electrician Tech in an industrial or construction setting.

3. Less of a circuit board skill set, more mechanical/electrical hybrid. This includes trouble shooting motor controls.

4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

5. Knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

6. Effective communication and collaboration skills.

7. Physical ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

1. Relevant certifications and licenses as required by local regulations.

2. This is in the Bremerton location, but having the flexibility to work in different locations as needed.
