Job Description

A biomedical client in the Bothell area is looking to hire an MRO coordinator to support their growing team. This role reports directly to the manager of Scientific Services and sits within the Real Estate & Facilities Group. This position supports a multi-building campus and performs data entry, database admin and coordination duties as related to the support of facilities maintenance operations.



The MRO Coordinator utilizes CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and EAM (Enterprise Asset Management systems) to support facilities maintenance management. The MRO Coordinator schedules contracted maintenance and coordinates services with stakeholders and vendors. The MRO Coordinator is an office-based position that requires the performance of administrative duties. Strong candidates will have database management skills, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to stay organized within a dynamic environment.

Required Skills & Experience

- AA in business or accounting or a related discipline OR high school diploma (or GED) plus 6 years working within an organization performing related office admin, dispatching or record keeping duties.

- Demonstrated experience working in a CMMS or EAM system

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal (team collaboration comprises 30-40% of job duties)

- Strong experience in excel- willing to take Excel assessment. Ability to perform V Lookups and create pivot tables.

- Experience in database management (40-50% of job duties)

- Ability to conduct meetings with end users (20% of job duties)

Sets clear agenda, navigates logistics and creates personal relationships

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Previous experience within the biopharmaceutical sector or laboratory environment

- Proficiency in additional data management systems
