Job Description
Collect, process, analyze, and report on various types of data, such as customer, product, sales, and financial data, using data tools and languages, such as Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI, etc
Create and maintain data pipelines and dashboards that automate data workflows and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Conduct data quality checks and audits to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their data needs, provide insights and recommendations, and communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner
Proactively identify and solve data-related problems, and deliver data solutions that meet or exceed expectations
Stay updated on the latest data trends, tools, and technologies, and implement them as appropriate
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelors degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, economics, or computer science
4-8 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or accounting context
Strong knowledge and skills in data tools and languages, such as Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI, etc
Experience in performing data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks, creating and maintaining data pipelines and dashboards, and conducting data quality checks and audits
Experience in using data and analytics to support business decisions and growth
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Strong relationship management skills and initiative
Must be local to Seattle, WA
